The escape by CL taylor

Hello there,

this is a book published recently, by a female author and I got to know her by the author of sanctus written by Simon Toyne. But anyway, lets get on with this review after weeks of reading.

So, the main character is again a female and she is married to max and she has a daughter called Elise but she kinda calls her her lee.
On one day she meets a strange woman called paula and paula works her way into her trust to get into our main protagonist car. She starts treatening our main and she starts to loose it. Some trouble in the family starts and the husband plants drug into his own home and frames our main character

It gets so bad that social services have to come in but paula has broken in but there is nowhere that show any signs of a break in. And ofcourse the spare key is missing, max however has dissappeared. He has filed for divorce claiming his wife is not sane enough to raise a child.

Our main goes to ireland to escape not only paula but also max, she ends up in her city of birth, clogerhead and discovers why she moved out as distiny plays out in front of us in the form of the owner of the bed and breakfast shes staying at.
The entire story then revolves around their combined past, but also Max coming into ireland to take elise, Paula to take back what is hers in the most criminal way possible.
The book ends in a truely herioc style!

My opinion about the book that is easely read and with a story that is mostly cliché it still manages to glue me to the pages to keep on flipping them one by one until the very end!
